• Provision of PRC legal services

  After a PRC lawyer, namely Ms. Qin Ling joined our firm as a registered foreign lawyer in August 2023, we can now provide PRC legal services to our client through Mr. Qin.

• Successful listing of Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited (stock code : 6193) on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 18 December 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor to the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.

• Successful listing of WMCH Global Investment Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of WMCH Global Investment Limited (stock code : 8208) on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 November 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor to the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.

• Placing of Shares

  We have assisted a Hong Kong listed company, namely SingAsia Holdings Limited (stock code : 8293) in its successful placing of shares under general mandate to an independent third party in October 2019.

• Successful listing of Ying Hai Group Holdings Company Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of Ying Hai Group Holdings Company Limited (stock code : 8668) on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 26 September 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.

• Double listing, double the joy

  16 July 2019 marks a memorable day for our firm. We have participated in two successful listings which occurred on the same day. We have participated in the successful listing of Platt Nera International Limited (stock code : 1949) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 16 July 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Company in this successful listing. We have also participated in the successful listing of Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (stock code : 6805) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 16 July 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.

• Successful listing of Dominate Group Holdings Company Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of Dominate Group Holdings Company Limited (stock code : 8537) on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 27 March 2019. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.

• Change of firm name

  With effect from 1 October 2018, our firm has entered into a new chapter by changing our name to Wong Heung Sum & Lawyers to commemorate the joining of two partners, namely Eric Heung and Dillan Sum. The arrival of the two new partners have greatly increased the range of legal services provided by our firm, and we are now able to serve the needs of our clients over a wide spectrum of subject matters.

• Successful listing of Space Group Holdings Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of Space Group Holdings Limited (stock code : 2448) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 16 January 2018. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Company in this successful listing.

• Successful listing of GT Steel Construction Group Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of GT Steel Construction Group Limited (stock code : 8402) on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 17 November 2017. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.
