• Successful listing of Vertical International Holdings Limited

  We have participated in the successful listing of Vertical International Holdings Limited (stock code : 8375) on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 November 2017. We acted as the Hong Kong legal advisor of the Sponsor and the Underwriters in this successful listing.
