Dillan SUM


Mr. Sum is a partner of our firm. He read law in England and was admitted as a solicitor at both Hong Kong and England & Wales in 1994 and in 1995 respectively. He was also a law graduate of the China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Sum practises corporate and commercial law which includes areas such as merger and acquisitions; joint ventures; restructuring; cross-border transactions; labour and employment matters as well as compliance cases. He has rich experiences in broad spectrum of industries including port and shipping; media and entertainment; manufacturing; building technology; etc.. Prior to joining our firm, he was the vice-president and general counsel, Asia for one of the business divisions of a Fortune 500 company and stationed in Shanghai for nearly 4 years.
