Mr. Wong is the founder of our firm. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1993 and was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1994.

He had been working as an in-house lawyer for Hong Kong listed companies for around 15 years (including being the head of legal department in some of these listed companies), before he joined the Listing Department of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2011. Between 2011 and 2016, he had vetted over 100 Main Board and GEM listing applications, including applications for transfer from GEM to Main Board.

While working for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Mr. Wong has drafted a number of Guidance Letters, including HKEx-GL68-13, Guidance on Suitability for Listing.

Since September 2018, Mr. Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of U Banquet Group Holding Limited (stock code : 1483)

Since August 2020, Mr, Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Fulu Holdings Limited (stock code : 2101)

Since March 2022, Mr. Wong has been the Independent Non-Executive Director of Jinmao Property Services Co., Ltd. (stock code : 816)
